At Velvet & Sage Women’s Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, please review our return and exchange policy below.

14-Day Exchange Policy

Eligible purchases may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of receipt. Refunds to the original form of payment are not offered.

To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and have all original tags attached. Items showing wear, damage, or signs of use may not be eligible for an exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

Please contact Velvet & Sage Women’s Boutique before returning an item so we can provide instructions and help you with the process.

For online purchases, eligible items may be returned by mail at the customer’s expense. Items may also be brought to our boutique during regular business hours.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or we send the wrong item. Please contact us before mailing any damaged or incorrect item so we can help resolve the issue.
